At Gmundner Ceramics Canada, operated by DIVU Canada Ltd., we bring the tradition of Austrian craftsmanship directly to your doorstep. Because our ceramics are handcrafted at the manufactory in Gmunden, Austria, please review our specific international shipping procedures below.

1. Shipping Origin and Destination

  • Origin: All orders are shipped directly from the manufactory in Austria.

  • Destination: We currently offer specialized shipping services to customers located across Canada.

2. Processing and Lead Times

 Handling Time 1-3 business days
Transit Time 4-7 business days

  • Handcrafted Quality: Many of our pieces are made to order. Please allow 1-3 business days (Handling Time) for order processing and packaging.

  • Shipping Duration: Once dispatched from Austria, delivery to Canada typically takes 4-7 business days (Transit Time), depending on your location and customs processing.

3. Shipping Rates and Customs

  • Calculated Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the delivery destination.

Net weight: Shipping Costs
Up to 2 kg: CAD 76.90
> 2 to 5 kg: CAD 98.90
> 5 to 10 kg: CAD 158.90
> 10 to 20 kg: CAD 329.90
More than 20 kg: CAD 459.90

  • Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over CAD 250.

4. Tracking and Delivery

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • We use premium international carriers to ensure your ceramics are handled with the utmost care during their journey from Europe to Canada.

5. Price, payment, and late payment

  • Currency: All prices are in CAD.
  • Taxes: Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your province or territory.
  • Payment Options: We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club).
    • Note: Available payment methods may vary slightly based on your destination province or territory.

No Hidden Fees (DDP)

All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). DIVU Canada Ltd. covers all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. The total shown at checkout is your final price; you will not receive any additional bills from the carrier or customs upon delivery.

Returns

There are no restocking fees for returned items.
