Can I request wholesale or trade pricing?
Yes. Send us your business details and the products or quantities you are considering. We currently discuss trade pricing and terms individually as part of your enquiry.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities depend on the products, personalisation and type of project. Tell us what you have in mind and we will confirm the applicable requirements with your proposal.
Can you add our logo or create a special design?
Personalisation with logos, initials, emblems and individual motifs can be explored. Each request is assessed for design and production feasibility before confirmation.
What should hospitality teams know about care?
Gmundner ceramics require appropriate handling and care. The manufacturer's care guide recommends washing at a maximum of 50°C. Before ordering for professional use, discuss your washing process and intended service with us so we can assess the selection together. Read the care guide.
How long does production and delivery take?
Timing depends on product availability, quantities and customisation. Include your opening, event or delivery date in your enquiry. Production and delivery schedules are confirmed for each order.
Can we discuss samples and future reorders?
Yes. Ask about samples for your proposed selection and tell us if you expect to reorder. We will confirm availability, costs and any relevant production requirements before you commit.
